Within the agenda of “Spatial Modelling of Geographical phenomena in GIS”, the Department of Geoinformatics focuses on various issues concerning analyses and modelling of transportation. In the years 2014-2016, the department participated in the research project GAČR 14-26831S (Spatial simulation modelling of accesibility) financed by the Grant Agency of the Czech Republic .
